We store your generated lottery numbers in your account for your convenience. LottoNex administrators have access to this data for system maintenance, analytics, troubleshooting, and service improvement purposes. We do NOT sell or share your generated numbers with third parties.
When you use our lottery number generators, we collect and store:
- Generated lottery numbers - All number combinations you generate are saved to your account
- Generator type used - Which generator method you selected (random, frequency analysis, pattern-based, etc.)
- Lottery game type - Which lottery you generated numbers for (Powerball, Mega Millions, Fantasy 5, etc.)
- Generation timestamp - Date and time when numbers were generated
- Token usage - How many tokens you've used and when
- Account activity - Login times, features used, pages visited

When you purchase tokens, we collect:

- Supabase - Database hosting and user authentication. Supabase stores your account data, generated numbers, and transaction history. Data is stored in secure cloud servers.
- Vercel - Website hosting and infrastructure. Vercel hosts our website and may collect analytics data about site visitors.
- LotteryResultsFeed.com - Provides lottery drawing results via API. We query this service to display current lottery results. No personal user data is shared with this service - only requests for public lottery results.
- Email service providers - For sending transactional emails (receipts, confirmations) and marketing emails (if you opt in).
All service providers are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential and use it only for the purposes we specify.
4.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or if we believe such action is necessary to:

- Some data may remain in backups for up to 90 days before permanent deletion
To delete your account: Contact us at hello@lottonex.com with "Delete My Account" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to save any generated numbers you want to keep before deleting your account.
9. Children's Privacy (Age 18+ Only)
Our Service is NOT intended for individuals under the age of 18. Lottery participation is restricted to adults only.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at hello@lottonex.com.
If we become aware that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible.
Parents and guardians: You are responsible for monitoring your children's internet usage and preventing underage access to gambling-related services.
